I woke this morning with rain hammering on the bedroom window
and a cold air breathing into the room.
It looks like staying awhile.
The skies are grey and the forecast somber.
I don't have to go anywhere;
I can stay here and do what I want to do
and that feels okay.
I'd rather be outside in the garden as it needs
attention. It was on my list!
But hey ho...
I'm still in my pyjama's
and the heating is up half a notch
and I am headed for a warm shower.
